At Sippi Queen Coffee Co., we take pride in every cup we serve and every event we attend. As a small, family-run mobile business, we ask that customers understand the following terms:

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our made-to-order beverages and the mobile nature of our service, all sales are considered final. We do not guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

No Guarantees on Event Bookings
In the case of weather, trailer issues, or scheduling conflicts, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule event appearances. Deposits for events may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Satisfaction
If there is a concern about the quality of your order, please speak to us on-site at the time of service. We will always do our best to make it right, but refunds are not guaranteed.
